FUNCTIONS ON THE RECREATION AREA

Includes 1,000² ft. marquee tent, banquet tables & chairs, commercial cooking facilities with barbecues, propane tent heater, 15 amps of electrical power for marquee lighting and music, horseshoe pitch and volleyball court also includes golf.

All Day until 11:00 p.m. (Quiet time).

After 11:00 p.m. is O.K. to stay but quiet time must be observed!

• Group Camping overnight the cost is $375.00 for up to 15 two-man tents. Large 2 and 3 room tents will be more per night. $10/extra person per night.
• Cost of Propane is extra (full tanks available at office or bring your own)
• a $100.00 reservation deposit by Visa or MasterCard is required to book the Recreation Area.
• Also, a refundable clean-up deposit of $100.00 is required. We ask that you not litter and use the garbage cans available to you (dumping food anywhere is not allowed as it attracts bears). The Recreation Area must be left as clean as when you arrived or may result in forfeiture of your $100 refund.
• Although clean-up staff will clean washrooms both early morning and evening, we require that one of your group enforce washroom cleanliness on a regular basis.
• Parking is available in the children’s play area and upper parking lot, but not on the grass area!
• We welcome families with children but all children must be accompanied by a responsible adult while on the golf course and in the RV Park (including the washrooms, store and patio area).

Note: a 48 hour Cancellation Notice is required for a full refund of your deposit.
